Runway and the Japanese entertainment company MIXI have announced a strategic enterprise partnership. MIXI will deploy Runway's generative AI tools across its creative operations in sports, lifestyle, and digital entertainment to enhance production workflows. The collaboration has already yielded significant cost and time savings, reducing a video production from 21 days to three and a brand film from 20 days to seven. This partnership is part of Runway's recent expansion into Japan, which has become its third-largest market and fastest-growing in Asia.
