“AI all the work”: Inside Ori Goshen’s RAISE Summit keynote

In a keynote at the RAISE Summit, AI21 Labs co-founder Ori Goshen discussed the concept of "AI all the work." He argued that while large language models are good at single tasks, they are not consistent enough for enterprise use because real-world work involves multi-step processes where small errors can compound. To address this, AI21 developed Maestro, a system for building enterprise-grade knowledge agents. Maestro is designed to plan, execute, and validate complex workflows with transparency and trust, moving beyond single-turn reasoning. The system generates multiple plans, selects the optimal one, and provides a report card to show what the agent did and why.
