Announcing AI21 Studio and Jurassic-1 language models

AI21 Labs has launched AI21 Studio, a developer platform for building applications using its Jurassic-1 language models. The models are available in two sizes, with the Jumbo version containing 178 billion parameters, making it one of the largest and most sophisticated models released for general developer use. Jurassic-1 models are capable of human-like text generation and solving complex tasks, utilizing a unique 250,000-token vocabulary for greater computational efficiency and reduced latency. The platform also enables developers to easily train custom versions of these models with their own data to serve production-scale traffic.
