Compute Capital and Markets

It aims to identify who funds AI projects, the types of capital used, and the various financing structures involved, from debt instruments to off-balance-sheet arrangements. The model provides essential reference indices for investors and lenders, such as GPU rental prices across different SKUs and terms. It also offers benchmarks for the cost of AI project funding and tracks over 500 debt instruments across the industry to help underwrite and manage risk.
