From Partnership to Execution: Scale AI Joins the Genesis Mission Consortium

Scale AI has officially joined the Department of Energy's Genesis Mission Consortium, advancing its partnership to accelerate scientific discovery through AI. The initiative's primary challenge is making the vast, fragmented scientific data from the DOE and National Labs usable, trusted, and AI-ready. As a consortium member, Scale will provide technical expertise in developing GenAI benchmarks, building AI agents for scientific workflows, and supporting data pipelines for computer vision and robotics. This public-private collaboration aims to build the foundational infrastructure necessary to move scientific AI from an aspiration to a practical tool for research and discovery.
