The model achieves new state-of-the-art performance on the Screenspot-Pro and OSWorld G benchmarks. It utilizes a technique called agentic localization, where the model iteratively refines its predictions to improve accuracy. This method is particularly effective for identifying small UI elements on high-resolution displays, providing a 10-20% relative performance gain.
