LangChain developed a Go-To-Market (GTM) agent to automate sales outreach and lead qualification processes. The agent triggers on new Salesforce leads, gathers context from tools like Gong and LinkedIn, and drafts personalized emails for sales representatives to review and approve in Slack. Built on the Deep Agents framework, it uses a human-in-the-loop design and provides account intelligence by surfacing deal risks and expansion opportunities. The system also features a memory loop to learn from rep edits and uses subagent delegation for efficient scaling. This automation reportedly increased lead conversion by 250% and saved each sales representative 40 hours per month.
