How We Built Secure, Scalable Agent Infrastructure with AWS Bedrock AgentCore

A secure architecture for running untrusted AI agents isolates each one within its own credential-less micro-virtual machine. These sandboxed agents cannot access external services directly, instead routing all calls through a central control plane that manages the real API keys and secrets. Built on AWS Bedrock AgentCore, the system elastically scales to handle spiky demand, booting sessions on demand so you only pay for active time. Each session also receives a durable, isolated workspace, allowing state to survive stops and resumes without compromising the disposable nature of the agent.
