Mistral is advancing AI sovereignty by providing enterprises and countries with control over their AI models, infrastructure, and compute capacity. The company is introducing Regional Endpoints, allowing customers to choose between Europe or the US for inference to meet data residency and regulatory needs. A new Priority Tier is also available, offering committed service levels and uptime SLAs for critical applications. Furthermore, Mistral is expanding access to third-party open models and forming a coalition to secure long-term AI compute capacity in Europe, aiming to build a scalable, sovereign AI infrastructure.
