Introducing Robostral Navigate

Robostral Navigate is an 8B model enabling robots to autonomously navigate complex environments using only a single RGB camera and plain-language instructions. It achieves state-of-the-art performance on the R2R-CE benchmark, outperforming multi-sensor approaches while being more efficient. The model was built in-house and trained entirely in simulation, using a "pointing" technique to infer target locations from the camera's view. This approach allows it to generalize across different robot types and adapt to real-world obstacles not seen during training.
