More model releases on 31st July

Several new AI models were released at the end of July 2025. Cohere launched Command A Vision, its first multi-modal LLM capable of image input, with an open weights, non-commercial license. Deep Cogito released four open weights hybrid reasoning models that feature a self-improvement technique by distilling inference-time reasoning back into the model. Mistral also updated its code-specialized model with Codestral 25.08, which is optimized for fill-in-the-middle autocompletion.
