A survey revealed that users worldwide are significantly impacted by AI's cultural gaps. Many users report needing to switch to English, receiving inadequate answers, and even experiencing violations of their cultural norms from AI systems. To serve a global audience respectfully and effectively, cultural awareness must become a core component in the development of AI.
