Open SWE: An Open-Source Framework for Internal Coding Agents

Open SWE is a new open-source framework for building internal coding agents, based on Deep Agents and LangGraph. It captures common architectural patterns from production systems, including isolated cloud execution sandboxes, curated toolsets, and subagent orchestration. The framework integrates directly into developer workflows via Slack, Linear, and GitHub, gathering context from issues and repository files. By providing a composable and customizable starting point, Open SWE aims to help engineering organizations deploy their own AI assistants.
