Python 3.15 Has a New Profiler

Python 3.15 introduces a new sampling profiler named Tachyon, available in the `profiling.sampling` module. This profiler can attach to processes that are already running, unlike the traditional cProfile which requires starting the program under its control. Tachyon offers several advanced features, including the ability to profile all threads, distinguish CPU work from waiting time, and analyze execution within native extensions. The tool can generate outputs like flame graphs to help visualize performance bottlenecks in applications such as a running web service.
