Rethinking how we measure AI intelligence

Current methods for measuring AI intelligence are being re-evaluated in favor of more dynamic assessments. A new platform, Kaggle Game Arena, has been introduced to facilitate this by having AI models compete head-to-head. These competitions take place in complex strategic games, moving beyond static benchmarks to test real-world strategic capabilities. This environment allows for a more robust and realistic evaluation of an AI's performance and adaptability. The ultimate goal is to foster the development of more generally intelligent systems through direct competition.
