The SemiAnalysis GPU Pricing Index provides terms of service for its data, which includes spot-contract composite indexes for H100, A100, and B200 GPUs. SemiAnalysis LLC retains all ownership and intellectual property rights for the index and its data. Users are permitted to view the index and use screenshots or quotes in one-off works like articles and reports with proper attribution. Systematic data collection, scraping, or using the index data to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine learning models is strictly prohibited without a written license.
