LangSmith Fleet now supports shareable "skills" to equip AI agents with specialized, task-specific knowledge. These skills act as persistent instructions and domain knowledge, codifying team expertise on subjects like support ticket triage or brand voice guidelines. Users can create skills manually, from templates, with AI assistance, or by converting past agent conversations into reusable instructions. The skills are portable for use in local development environments and will soon support features like version control and multi-owner permissions for team collaboration.
