The Government of Jordan, in collaboration with Replit, has launched a pilot for "Siraj," an AI-powered learning assistant designed to transform education. Siraj utilizes generative AI to offer students and teachers an interactive learning experience with accurate, curriculum-aligned answers sourced directly from official school textbooks. The platform aims to enhance student performance through self-directed learning and personalized support, reducing the burden on parents and teachers. Following a successful pilot with over 100,000 users, the Ministry of Education plans to expand Siraj nationwide to 1.6 million students and 90,000 teachers.
