Cohere and the University of Waterloo are launching a partnership to strengthen Canada’s AI talent pipeline. The collaboration will introduce a new AI Transformation and Change Management certificate program starting in Fall 2026. This program is designed to give students hands-on experience in applying AI to solve real business challenges securely and responsibly. The curriculum will cover AI literacy, human-centered design, ethics, and business strategy, combined with applied co-op opportunities to prepare students for leading AI adoption in organizations.
