title: "Introducing Skill reflection: Skills that learn and improve over time"

Glean has introduced a feature called "Skill reflection" that allows its AI assistant's skills to learn and adapt over time. This system addresses the limitation of static, pre-built AI prompts that may not fit individual user preferences. When a user edits the output generated by a skill, the AI assistant asks if they want to save these changes for future use. This creates a personalized version of the skill, such as always including action items in a meeting summary, that better aligns with the user's specific needs and style. This continuous feedback loop makes the AI assistant a more effective and tailored tool for each employee.
