AI21 Labs hosted a hackathon centered on its Jamba-Instruct model, which features a large 256K context window. The event showcased innovative applications, with the winning project being "FBI AGI," an AI agent designed to identify online predators on Discord by analyzing long chat histories. This agent, named Emma, uses the model's long context to understand conversations and generate contextually appropriate responses to gather information on bad actors. The second-place project, "Excel Mamba," was an AI tool for automating financial spreadsheet analysis by converting user questions into correct formulas.
