Workflows deployed in the real world

Mistral AI has launched Workflows, an orchestration layer designed to move enterprise AI processes into reliable production environments. The platform provides durability, observability, and fault tolerance to address common failures in AI-powered pipelines. Developers can write workflows in Python that support human-in-the-loop approvals and detailed auditing, with applications in cargo automation, compliance checks, and customer support triage. Built on Temporal's engine, the architecture separates the control plane from the data plane, allowing business logic and data to remain within a customer's own environment.
