A new AI architecture called Hierarchical Reasoning Models (HRMs) challenges the "bigger is better" philosophy by reasoning silently within its internal world of numbers, rather than inefficiently "thinking out loud" in English. This design features a dynamic two-part system where a high-level module sets the
